What Zeeba Alumni Say About Learning Here
Comments filmed with dentists at our recent hands-on Bone Grafting (March 2026) and Soft Tissue Grafting (April 2026) workshops, lightly edited for length.
It is a lot of information, but it's presented in such a clear, logical way that you can follow it, and you almost feel like you're ready to apply it as soon as you go back to your practice.
What I love about here is that we are small groups. … They spend time with you… There's never a bad question… and they encourage you to contact them if you have any cases.
I'm a dentist practicing in Montreal for 20 years. I have been taking the Zeeba courses as part of the implant curriculum in order to be able to place implants in my practice, which is something I've wanted to do for a long time.
I ended up choosing Zeeba because of the speakers… they are specialists… whatever the techniques that they are giving us, they are the techniques that they use in their clinic, and it's backed up by a research.
I had some colleagues and friends of mine that took their classes here, and they had nothing but good things to say. … I feel like the concepts are really well explained.
The first course that I took, it left a really good impression… He answers every question. There's no wrong questions for him. … He's patient and he tries to explain everything thoroughly, and he's very knowledgeable.
I am very much interested in surgery… That's why I chose this course… The lecture was great. Pretty understandable… We highly, highly recommend everybody to come and join…
Where Are You in Your Implant Journey?
Choose the starting point closest to your practice—or keep exploring below.
This simply points you to the most relevant section; it is not an assessment of your clinical skills. Both pathways stay open to you, and you can discuss your learning goals before deciding.
Know Which Cases to Take On—and How to Prepare for Them
The next step in your implant practice is clearer when you can connect the whole case: the patient’s needs, the restorative goal, the anatomy and the treatment sequence. Zeeba helps you build that clinical reasoning through practical training, case discussion and lessons drawn from specialist practice.
Select Cases With Greater Clarity
Recognize the factors that influence difficulty, identify suitable cases for your stage and understand when specialist collaboration is the better choice.
Plan With the Restoration in Mind
Connect implant positioning, the hard and soft tissues, provisional design and the final restoration before you begin treatment.
Learn From Decisions—and Mistakes
Understand why your mentors choose an approach, what can go wrong and which details deserve attention before you apply a technique.
Keep Developing After the Workshop
Bring questions and cases to the study club and use the faculty access included in your mentorship to keep working through decisions as you learn.
Build the Judgment to Know What to Do, When to Do It, and When Not To.
Each stage influences the next. Learn to connect the restorative, surgical and biological decisions behind the treatment plan.
Restore
Prosthetic design, biomechanics, sequencing and restorative decision-making.
Plan & Place
A treatment-planning framework for freehand and guided implant placement.
Regenerate
The hard and soft tissue foundation for healthier, more maintainable outcomes.
Manage
Recognize and manage peri-implant disease, biologic and prosthetic complications.
Assess the Case Before Choosing the Technique
Identify a case with fewer complicating factors, then confirm that the plan fits the patient and your experience.
Recognize the anatomical, aesthetic and restorative factors that call for more detailed planning and preparation.
Understand how tissue deficiencies and other risk factors affect the plan, when augmentation may be appropriate and when specialist involvement is needed.
Choose the Clinical Skills You Want to Develop
Both pathways connect the foundations of implant care with ongoing specialist guidance. Plus extends that foundation into three additional areas of treatment planning and clinical training.
Implant Mentorship
Build Your Connected Foundation
Develop your approach to restoration, temporization, implant placement, hard and soft tissue management, PRF and peri-implant complications. Seven learning modules connect these decisions within one pathway.
A focused choice for dentists who want to establish or strengthen that foundation.
7 modules · 99 AGD PACE CE credits
Implant Mentorship Plus
Develop a Broader Clinical Perspective
Build the same foundation, then extend your learning to sinus grafting, full-arch All-on-X treatment and periodontal surgery. Understand how these additional options affect case assessment, treatment sequencing and the care you may develop in your practice.
Choose Plus if these are areas you want to develop as part of one comprehensive learning plan.
10 modules · 147 AGD PACE CE credits
Both include the study club and faculty access during your mentorship. Advanced procedures require appropriate preparation, case selection and clinical competence.
Your Mentorship Roadmap
Nine of the ten modules are live, hands-on workshops in Montreal; the Implant Biologic Complications & Peri-implantitis Management module is an on-demand online course. Start with whichever module fits your calendar, take them in any order, and complete your pathway within 24 months. Can’t make a date? Join the next session of that workshop. Specialist Perspective, Grounded in Private Practice
Two periodontists and two prosthodontists bring the surgical, biological and prosthodontic perspectives together into one connected plan. Each treats patients in private practice, so you learn how the evidence translates into the decisions they make in their own offices, and the lessons their own cases have taught them.

Have Somewhere to Turn as You Put Your Learning Into Practice
Questions often become clearer when you start planning your own cases. The mentorship gives you ways to keep discussing those decisions with the faculty between modules.
Discuss Your Cases in the Study Club
Present a case before treatment or work through one that did not go as planned. The annual program includes 10 treatment-planning sessions and 10 seminars, each 1.5 hours: 30 CE hours per year, subject to attendance and credit acceptance by your licensing board.
Ask Your Specialist Mentors
Use the WhatsApp access included during your mentorship to discuss a case before you begin or ask a question after a procedure. Faculty case guidance supports your learning; it is not an emergency service.
Explore a Separate Live-Patient Opportunity
Interested in supervised live-patient training? Ask us about Zeeba’s separate live-patient surgery program, including its eligibility requirements, dates and costs. Participation is not included in mentorship tuition.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who is the mentorship for?
General dentists who want a connected foundation in implant care, or a more integrated approach to the implant care they already provide, whether you restore implants, are beginning placement or want to broaden your skills. If you are unsure whether it fits your stage, book a call with our mentorship director.
Do I need to have placed implants already?
No. The mentorship supports dentists at different stages, including those who have placed few or no implants. The hands-on workshops move from case selection and diagnosis to practice on models and pig jaws, and you can discuss your first cases with the faculty in the study club and on WhatsApp before you treat them. Enrolling is not the same as being ready for every procedure: case selection and your scope of practice still guide each decision.
I’ve already taken implant courses. Why a mentorship?
A technique becomes more useful when you understand where it fits in the whole case. Zeeba connects diagnosis, restoration, surgery and tissue management, with case discussion and faculty access between modules. The aim is to help you connect what you learn with the decisions in your own practice.
I don’t see many implant cases yet. Is it too early?
Start with the decisions you make every day: assessing suitability, recognizing risk and discussing treatment options. Whether mentorship is the right next step depends on your experience, goals and opportunities to apply the learning. Discuss your situation with Dr. Kiarash before deciding.
Is this a replacement for specialist referral?
No. The goal is to strengthen your assessment and clinical reasoning, including recognizing when to treat, collaborate or refer. The procedures you provide remain guided by your competence, scope of practice and the patient’s needs.
What distinguishes Implant Mentorship from Implant Mentorship Plus?
Both include the seven core modules, the study club and faculty access during your mentorship. Plus adds sinus grafting, All-on-X and periodontal surgery. Choose Plus if you want those additional areas within one learning plan, including how they influence assessment and treatment sequencing. Advanced procedures still require appropriate preparation and case selection.
Can I upgrade to Implant Mentorship Plus later?
Yes. You can upgrade to Plus at any time during your mentorship, and everything you have already completed counts. Contact us to upgrade.
Will this fit around my practice?
You proceed on your own schedule and at your own pace. Start with whichever module fits your calendar, take them in any order, and complete your pathway within 24 months of enrollment. The on-demand peri-implantitis course is available as soon as you enroll. Most workshops run on a Friday and Saturday and a few are a single day; the Guided Implant Surgery Workshop adds three live virtual evening sessions after its two in-person days, and the study club meets online.
What if I can’t attend a workshop date?
Let us know and we will move you to the next session of that workshop. Each workshop is a standalone event, so missing one date never holds back the rest of your pathway.
What can I apply in my practice on Monday morning?
A more structured way to assess a case, identify risk, sequence treatment and explain the plan to your patient. The hands-on modules let you practise the relevant techniques in the stated training setting. Applying a procedure in your own practice depends on your competence, scope and the suitability of the case.
What support do I have between modules?
You can discuss cases with the faculty in the study club and use the WhatsApp access included during your mentorship to ask case-related questions. The annual study-club program includes 10 treatment-planning sessions and 10 seminars of 1.5 hours each. This is educational case guidance, not emergency coverage.
How much CE is included?
The modules carry 99 AGD PACE CE credits for Implant Mentorship or 147 for Implant Mentorship Plus. The included study club offers 30 CE hours per year through 20 sessions of 1.5 hours each, subject to attendance. Study-club hours are separate from module credits; credit acceptance is determined by your licensing board.
Are all modules hands-on?
No. Nine of the ten modules are hands-on workshops; the Implant Biologic Complications & Peri-implantitis Management module is an on-demand online course (6 CE). The Guided Implant Surgery Workshop also includes three live virtual sessions.
Do you teach analog or digital workflows?
Both. The restorative workshops cover analog and digital impressions and workflows, so you can choose the approach that fits your practice.
Does the mentorship include live-patient surgery?
No. The mentorship workshops do not include live-patient surgery. Completing the mentorship qualifies you for our international live-patient surgery program, a separate program with its own terms, whose locations and dates change during the year.
How should I decide whether the investment fits my practice?
Compare the clinical areas you want to develop, the time you can commit and the support you expect to use. Review the curriculum, dates, tuition and payment options, then discuss any gaps with us. Tuition savings are a comparison with the same modules booked separately; they are not a prediction of future income.
How do the payment options compare?
Implant Mentorship is $11,500 CAD paid in full, or 4 monthly payments of $2,975 CAD ($11,900 CAD total). Implant Mentorship Plus is $17,250 CAD paid in full, or 6 monthly payments of $2,975 CAD ($17,850 CAD total). Paying in full saves $400 CAD on Implant Mentorship and $600 CAD on Implant Mentorship Plus. You choose at checkout.
Is the price in Canadian dollars, and are taxes included?
Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus GST (5%) and QST (9.975%). Totals at checkout: Implant Mentorship $13,222.13 CAD paid in full, or 4 payments of $3,420.51 CAD; Implant Mentorship Plus $19,833.19 CAD paid in full, or 6 payments of $3,420.51 CAD.
What is the refund policy?
A 50% refund is available up to 31 days before your first workshop. No refund is issued within 30 days of your first workshop or once the mentorship has started.
Where are the workshops held?
In Montreal, on the South Shore. Each workshop page lists its venue and dates.
Can I begin with the October 30–31 restoration module?
Yes. The Implant Restoration Masterclass is included in both pathways and is scheduled in Montréal for October 30–31, 2026. You can begin with this module or choose another published workshop date that fits your schedule, completing your pathway within 24 months of enrollment. This workshop date is not the closing date for mentorship registration.
Can I talk it through before I enroll?
Yes. Book a 20-minute call with Dr. Kiarash to discuss your experience, the clinical skills you want to develop and which pathway fits those goals. Bring any practical questions about the program or your schedule.
