1. Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Zeeba Advanced Dental Education ("Zeeba," "we," "us"). By using our website or registering for a program, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Specific programs may have additional terms shown on their registration page; if they conflict with these Terms, the program terms apply to that program.
2. Who may register
Our clinical programs are intended for licensed dentists, dental specialists and dental students or residents, and other dental professionals where stated. You must be at least 18. You are responsible for making sure the information you give us, including license details needed for CE certificates, is accurate.
3. Registration and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise and must be paid in full at registration unless a payment plan is offered. Taxes may apply.
- Your seat is confirmed when payment is received and you receive a confirmation email.
- "Regular price" or "value" amounts shown next to a current price refer to the price at which the program has been offered. Discounts and promotions apply only during the period stated.
- Registration fees do not include travel, accommodation or other personal expenses unless stated.
- Seats are limited. We may decline or cancel a registration in our discretion, in which case we will refund the amount you paid.
4. Cancellations, refunds and transfers
- Up to 31 days before the course start date: you may cancel for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
- 30 days or less before the course start date: no refund is issued.
- To cancel, email support@zeebaeducation.com. The date we receive your email is the cancellation date.
- If you cannot attend, contact us before the course. We may, at our discretion, allow a transfer to a future session or to a colleague.
- Program-specific refund terms shown at checkout apply if they differ. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
5. Changes by Zeeba
We may need to change instructors, venues, schedules or content for reasons such as instructor availability, venue issues, low enrollment, weather or other events outside our control. We will tell you as soon as reasonably possible. If we cancel a program or change its date, you may choose a full refund of the registration fee you paid us or a transfer to another session. We are not responsible for travel, lodging or other costs you incur, so we recommend refundable travel bookings or travel insurance.
6. Continuing-education credit
Zeeba Education is a Nationally Approved PACE Program Provider for FAGD/MAGD credit (Provider ID 399455). Approval does not imply acceptance by any regulatory authority or AGD endorsement. CE hours are awarded based on attendance; you must attend the full program, including hands-on sessions, to receive full credit. Acceptance of CE credit is determined by your licensing board and professional organizations; please confirm with them that the course meets your requirements.
7. Educational purpose and clinical responsibility
Our programs, materials, demonstrations and mentorship are provided for professional education only. They do not create a dentist鈥損atient relationship with your patients, and they do not replace your own clinical judgment, diagnosis or treatment planning. You are solely responsible for the care you provide, for practicing within the scope of your license and training, for obtaining informed consent, and for complying with the laws, regulations and standards of care that apply to you. Completing a course does not certify or credential you to perform any procedure.
8. Hands-on sessions and conduct
- Hands-on exercises are performed on models, including animal tissue (such as pig jaws). Follow instructor directions and all safety, infection-control and sharps-handling instructions, and use the protective equipment provided.
- Tell us in advance about any allergies (for example, to latex or materials) or conditions we should know about for your safety.
- You are responsible for your own conduct and for any damage you cause to equipment or the venue.
- We expect respectful, professional behavior. We may remove anyone who is disruptive, unsafe or harassing, without refund.
9. Post-course mentorship (WhatsApp)
Where a program includes access to instructors after the course (for example, through WhatsApp), the access is for educational guidance for the period stated and on a reasonable-response basis; it is not emergency support. Instructors give general professional opinions based on the information you share, and you remain responsible for all clinical decisions. Do not share information that identifies a patient. WhatsApp is operated by Meta under its own terms and privacy policy.
10. Accessibility and accommodations
We want our programs to be accessible to everyone. If you have a disability and need an accommodation to participate (for example, mobility access, seating, materials in another format, or captioning or interpretation), please email support@zeebaeducation.com, ideally at least 14 days before the program, so we can arrange it with the venue. We will work with you in good faith on reasonable accommodations. See our Accessibility Statement.
11. Photos, recordings and testimonials
We may take photos or videos at events for educational and promotional use. We will not use close-up images of you in advertising without your consent. If you prefer not to appear, tell a staff member at check-in. You may not record lectures or hands-on sessions without our written permission. Testimonials on our website are from real participants and reflect their individual experiences; results vary.
12. Course materials and intellectual property
All course content, slides, videos, handouts, protocols and website content belong to Zeeba or its instructors and licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may use materials for your own professional learning. You may not copy, share, sell, publish or create derivative courses from them without our written permission. "The Guided Bone Grafting Workshop" and other program names and logos are trademarks of Zeeba.
13. Using our website
You agree not to misuse our website, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it in bulk, or using it for unlawful purposes. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices. Account holders are responsible for keeping their log-in details confidential.
14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website and programs are provided "as is," and we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zeeba and its instructors, staff and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for clinical outcomes resulting from your use of information learned in our programs, and our total liability for any claim relating to a program is limited to the registration fee you paid for that program. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for gross negligence or intentional misconduct, or your rights as a consumer.
You agree to indemnify Zeeba against claims arising from your clinical practice or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence, the courts of the Province of Quebec (judicial district of Longueuil or Montreal) have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before starting any legal proceeding, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
16. General
We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new "Last updated" date; changes do not affect registrations already confirmed unless you agree. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. These Terms, the program details at registration and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us about their subject.
