Full-Arch Cases Succeed or Fail in the Plan.
All-on-X treatment changes lives for patients with failing dentition or no teeth. It also asks for decisions most dentists never make on single implants: how much bone to reduce, how many implants, where the prosthesis meets the tissue, and how to get a fixed provisional in on the same day. This workshop teaches the whole workflow, surgical and prosthetic, as one plan.
Plan From the Prosthesis Back
Prosthetic space, vertical dimension, lip support and esthetics decide the surgery, not the other way around.
Guided or Freehand Surgery
Virtual planning, guide design and stackable guides, bone reduction and placement protocols, and when freehand makes sense.
Same-Day Teeth to Final Prosthesis
Digital and conventional immediate provisionals, passive fit, try-ins, materials, insertion and complications.
You Place Implants. Full-Arch Cases Still Go Out the Door.
Most dentists who refer full-arch cases have the surgical skills. What's missing is one predictable workflow that connects the plan, the guide, the surgery and the provisional, and a team to learn it from. Two days with two periodontists and a prosthodontist changes that.
If any of these hit home, this workshop is for you:
- You refer full-arch cases because the workflow feels too complex
- You aren't sure how much bone to reduce or how many implants to place
- Same-day fixed provisionals feel risky to coordinate
- You want to use surgical guides, but don't know which system to trust
- Passive fit, occlusion and lab communication cause you headaches
- You want to present full-arch treatment so patients say yes
From “I Refer These Cases” to “I Deliver Them.”
Before the Workshop
- Full-arch patients referred out
- Surgery and prosthetics planned separately
- No reliable path to a same-day provisional
- Passive fit and occlusion left to chance
- No one to call when a case gets complicated
After the Workshop
- A clear diagnostic and case-acceptance process
- One plan that drives the guide, the surgery and the prosthesis
- Hands-on experience with guided placement and immediate provisionals
- Protocols for final prostheses, occlusion and maintenance
- A year of WhatsApp access to a surgical and prosthetic faculty

By the End of This Workshop, You Will Be Able To:
- Diagnose and plan treatment for patients with failing dentition or edentulism, and present options to increase case acceptance
- Apply the principles of implant-supported full-arch prostheses: prosthetic space, vertical dimension, lip support and esthetics
- Use virtual implant planning, guide design and fabrication, and provisional planning for predictable outcomes
- Follow guided implant placement protocols, select abutments, and use digital and conventional provisional workflows
- Manage soft tissue, select materials and apply occlusion principles throughout treatment
- Assess passive fit, use verification jigs, and manage try-ins and prototypes
- Manage insertion protocols, complications and troubleshooting
From Guided Surgery to the Final Full-Arch Prosthesis
Stackable surgical guides in place during full-arch surgery, implants placed through the guide, and a finished implant-supported full-arch prosthesis.

You Won't Just Watch It. You'll Do It, With the Surgical and Prosthetic Faculty Beside You.
Half of this workshop is hands-on. You'll practice guided implant placement protocols, abutment selection, and both digital and conventional immediate provisional workflows while two periodontists and a prosthodontist coach your technique. To keep that coaching personal, seating is intentionally limited.
Why it matters: in full-arch treatment, the surgeon's decisions become the restorative dentist's problems. Learning both sides from a surgical and prosthetic team is how you avoid them.
What you'll practice:
- Guided implant placement protocols
- Working with stackable surgical guides
- Abutment selection and components
- Digital immediate provisional workflow
- Conventional (pick-up) provisional workflow
- Occlusion during the provisional phase
Prerequisite for the South America All-on-X LIVE Patient Week
This workshop is the prerequisite for the South America All-on-X LIVE Patient Week, where you take the full-arch workflow from models to live patients under specialist supervision.
Digital Workflows & Innovations in Implant Restorations
Start today with a free 1-hour on-demand webinar: digital implant treatment planning, digital full-arch prostheses and guided surgery, provisionalization to final prostheses, occlusion, complications and troubleshooting.
The Course Ends Saturday. Your Access to the Faculty Doesn't.
Every participant gets 1 year of direct WhatsApp access to Dr. Kiarash, Dr. Behmanesh and Dr. Tabeshfar. Review a full-arch plan before surgery, check a prosthetic decision, or get help with a complication, from the same surgical and prosthetic team that taught you.
