Placing the Implant Is One Skill. Restoring It to Last Is Another.

Most implant courses stop at the fixture. This masterclass covers what happens after: the restorative decisions that determine whether an implant crown, bridge or overdenture still works years later, taught as one connected protocol from planning to delivery.

1

The Complete Restorative Toolkit

Single units, short-span implant bridges and implant overdentures, with both analog and digital workflows, taught as one decision pathway.

2

Real Hands-On Practice

Eight hours with restorative components, impression techniques and verification jigs, not just slides.

3

A Restorative Decision Framework

Component and abutment selection, screw- vs. cement-retained, occlusion and material choice, so each case follows a clear plan.

Getting the Implant In Is One Step. Restoring It Right Is Another.

For most dentists the gap isn't ability. It's the lack of one reliable framework for component selection, impressions, delivery and occlusion. Without it, remakes, loose screws and fractures show up case after case, and more complex restorations get referred out.

If any of these hit home, this masterclass is for you:

  • You're never quite sure whether a stock or custom abutment is the right call
  • Impressions for multiple implants come back with fit problems or remakes
  • You see screw loosening, fractures or de-cementations more often than you'd like
  • You aren't sure when to choose screw-retained over cement-retained
  • Lab communication feels like guesswork
  • You want to restore implant overdentures with confidence

From “It Usually Fits” to “I Know Why It Works.”

Before the Masterclass

  • Component and abutment choices made by habit or a rep
  • Impression errors discovered at try-in
  • Screw vs. cement decided case by case, by feel
  • Complications handled after the fact
  • No one to call when a restoration doesn't go to plan

After the Masterclass

  • A restoratively driven plan before the implant is placed
  • A clear system for components, abutments and materials
  • Accurate impressions and verified fit for multiple implants
  • Delivery and occlusion protocols that prevent common complications
  • A year of WhatsApp access to your prosthodontist instructor

Planning & Provisionals

  • Restoratively driven implant planning
  • Surgical-restorative collaboration
  • Restorative benefits of guided surgery
  • Provisionals and emergence profile shaping

Components & Impressions

  • Stock vs. custom abutments; overdenture abutments
  • Screw channels, angles and emergence
  • Open-tray, closed-tray and digital scanning
  • Verification jigs and splinting for multiple implants

Delivery & Complications

  • Screw- vs. cement-retained restorations
  • Insertion protocols, torque and access-hole sealing
  • Occlusion and material selection
  • Complication management and maintenance

By the End of This Masterclass, You Will Be Able To:

  • Apply restoratively driven implant planning and explain how it affects long-term outcomes
  • Evaluate the restorative implications of guided surgery and digital workflows
  • Select components, abutments and crown designs for single-tooth and short-span implant bridges
  • Compare digital and conventional impressions and verify the accuracy of multi-implant impressions
  • Design occlusion and select materials for different restorative scenarios
  • Choose between screw- and cement-retained restorations and follow correct insertion protocols
  • Restore removable implant-supported overdentures with confidence

Restorations You'll Learn to Plan and Deliver

From single-unit crowns and short-span bridges to custom provisionals that shape the emergence profile.

Four screw-retained implant crowns on their implant connections, shown from the occlusal and side views
A single screw-retained implant crown on a titanium base, ready for delivery
A custom implant provisional on its implant connection, held in a positioning jig

You Won't Just Watch It. You'll Do It, With a Prosthodontist Beside You.

Half of this masterclass is hands-on. You'll work with real restorative components, take impressions and build verification jigs while Dr. Tabeshfar coaches your technique in real time. To keep that coaching personal, seating is intentionally limited.

Why it matters: most restorative complications, from misfit to screw loosening and fractures, trace back to details: component choice, impression accuracy, verification and torque. Those are learned with your hands, not from slides.

What you'll practice:

  • Restorative component selection and handling
  • Stock vs. custom abutment selection
  • Open-tray and closed-tray impression techniques
  • Verification jig fabrication and fit assessment
  • Splinting for multiple-implant impressions
  • Overdenture attachment components

The Course Ends Saturday. Your Access to the Faculty Doesn't.

Every participant gets 1 year of direct WhatsApp access to Dr. Tabeshfar. Review a case before you restore it, get a second opinion on component choice, or troubleshoot a complication, with the same prosthodontist who taught you.
